The information obligation under Art. 13 GDPR

Bearing in mind the requirements of Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

In order to facilitate your implementation of the rights granted by the GDPR, the Administrator has launched a dedicated e-mail address:

  1. your personal data is processed for marketing purposes in the form of marketing messages, including information about events, promotions, new products and services, via e-mail sent to your e-mail address and / or SMS messages sent to your telephone number,
  2. the basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR. The mentioned provision allows the processing of your data on the basis of the consent obtained,
  3. your personal data will be transferred to other recipients – trusted partners of the data controller, which are: business partners, hosting providers, telecommunications entities, postal operators, entities conducting archiving and professional document destruction;
  4. the period of data storage is the period until your consent is withdrawn
  5. under the GDPR, you have the right to:
    • require the data controller to access your personal data and a copy thereof
    • rectification of data if incorrect or untrue
    • data portability
    • restriction or objection to data processing
    • deletion of data when data processing is not carried out in order to fulfill an obligation resulting from a legal provision or in the exercise of public authority
    • withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal; you can exercise this right by reporting this fact to the data administrator,
  6. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority,
